Export and Print issues
The other day I tried to export a photo for a print lab and while in the export module the program just shut down the second I hit the export button. From that point forward 23 would open and immediately shut down. Last night I deleted 23 and any associated files as per the link in these forums. Clean install. Made some edits today and everything ran as smooth as peanut butter.......... Up until I tried to export the photo. And now I'm back to the progam opening and immediately shutting down. Export is having none of that!
On another note, I noticed that when I try to print a photo it takes literally a minute to pull up that module. In the upper left it's telling me the program is not responding. I just sit and wait it out. Anyone else notice either of these issues?
Win 10 (updates installed), latest video drivers. This pc is just used for photo editing. There are no other programs installed except for Affinity photo, DPP (canon), and On1 22.
I have contacted On1 through the plus side.
Thank you for reading this

Photo Raw has been plagued with the Not Responding problem for a long time now. So... yup, seen that.
As for the rest, you've already contacted support, that would have been my best suggestion.

I think I may have stumbled onto a "fix" for my crashing issue when exporting. When I export for the print lab I created a new preset with the file specs they request. In my preset name I used the At Sign (@) in my description. Hit the export button and instant crash. I noticed after a clean install, or should I say installs, that preset was no longer there. I made the same preset and dropped the @ in my description. Exporting with no issues for the time being.
Now onto the slow print module.
Any feedback in this matter is more than welcome.

We already have a list of tips for slowness. Nothing new to add yet...

I just want to print a photo from On 1! Should be simple right! Not. I know my printer is working it will print a test page. Anyone else have printing problems from On1. Using Windows 10. I use the print button just below resize. The photo in the print window is exactly the way I want it. Print it out and the top of my subjects heads are cut off. What is going on?

Albert, you have a crop specified in the export settings that's not the same as the original crop. Photo Raw can't change the ratio in Export without cutting off part of the photo.
To fix it, reset the crop settings in export and make sure you have the correct crop set BEFORE you go into Export.
