If you're trying to do a clean install, the uninstall instructions are here...

You could try this article, it might be easier to read.

Now I have used this article, but I get the same messages. I have also used a special application that should clean up all files etc. that belongs to a program and have rebooted, but it didn't help. BUT I can reinstall RAW 2022 and it works just fine.

Is it possible to solve the problem by just deleting the ON1 Photo Catalog in some way? And where can I find it?

All of the locations for On1 files were listed in the first link that I posted. I don't use Mac, so can say which one to look for. I imagine you need to go through your PC and remove all of the ON1 folders to start from scratch.

Sorry I'm so late to the conversation. Hans-Åke, the fact that you could not use the Finder to open the Library folders where Photo RAW stores its caches is most likely the cause of your problems. Your user account should have complete read/write/modify permissions for every file inside your ~/Library folder.

All those other lines you are having problems with are in your User account. The '~' character is a shortcut meaning Macintosh HD/Users/<your user account folder>. All those other files are inside your user account's Library folder at Macintosh HD/Users/<your user account folder>/Library/.

    Ok!

I should have these permissions, as my account is marked as an administrator. I'll see if the other admin account is a root account, so I can access the files through that account. Otherwise I get to use RAW2022 until I buy a new Mac.

    Thanks for your tips.
