Be sure your video card drivers are the latest version from the card manufacturer's web site and that they are properly configured for Photo RAW's use per "OpenGL 3.3 and Later is Required" - How to Update Video Card Driver (Windows Only) - Photo RAW

Thank you -- looking into it now
Update as of 12/11/2022 08:07 PM - this did not work

The driver in the original post is from 2018. What did you update it to?
Is that a super GPU? Check out this article...

I went to the intel website and installed the latest driver - and this is the version of the latest driver version.---Windows - DirectX 12, DirectML, Vulkan 1.1, and OpenGL 4.2 compatible video card with 2GB VRAM, 1920x1080 resolution (at 100% scale factor) ---
- how can I tell that my video card can handle the requirements above? I know directx12 is capable but the rest I am not sure?

The only specs I could find are on this page...
https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/hd-graphics-620.c2911
and I'm not sure they are the correct ones. These specs show NO dedicated ram.
Then I tried to find out what the latest driver should be since it MUST have been updated since 2018, but Intel is so convoluted, i couldn't find it. What it constantly says is to download the Intel update utility and use that.
personally, what I would do if I were you, is contact ON1 tech support and ask if your GPU is sufficient to run Photo Raw.

I’m pretty sure that is an integrated GPU. It may not be enough to run PR 2023. Support should know.

Brian Lawson Thanks -- however I am running the latest version of ON1RAW on my lenovo laptop that uses integrated graphics from intel and it works perfectly fine, therefore I am surprised by this error.
I opened a ticket (332104)
I will wait for a response from Tech Support.
Thanks, Kevin.

@Rick Sammartino Thanks for the reply. I opened up a ticket. What I find strange is that my lenovo laptop is older than this one and uses the Intel integrated GPU and runs perfectly ok.
Once again here is my DX Diag report

If you download the Intel Update Utility then install the latest DCH driver for your GPU from that utility it should be ok albeit a little slower than when you have a dedicated GPU with vRAM.

Don Maclean Thanks -- I used the intel utility and from what I can see I am using the latest drivers.
Driver version: 23.20.16.4973

I have a HP laptop and had to switch from the HP driver's to the Intel DCH driver's and haven't had an issue since then.

I resolved the issue by using manual installation of the driver -->
Driver Version: 27.20.100.8476
Build Date: Jul 8, 2020On1 Raw latest and greatest now works as expected --
Thank you all for the tips and tricks used to resolve this issue.
