Clean Install

Have just performed a Clean Install of On1 2023.

 Prior to that I used the Data Backup feature to an external HD.

After the program loaded, I clicked on Restore Data.

Eventually, a “Missing Folders”  screen appeared stating “Some folders could not be found automatically. Please find their location”

Question; after locating these folders, what do I do?

  According to the user guide page 264, you should be able to click a locate button in order to continue. I assume, you simply select it and Restore should carry on...

  Thank you Rick, The Missing Folder screen, did not show the right hand column, so I missed it.

  I have many missing folders (dozens), so I elected to do another Clean Install, and use the Browse module to view my images. All adjustments have be retained, as I checked the Side Car option.

  Over the past several months I have had a whole litany of issues with On1, tech support has done what they can to offer help and suggestions..all this on a 3 month old  M1 MacBook.
