Pc Died

My main Win PC died completely..Will not boot up .. so I’m having to replace it. 

I also have a version of ON1 2023 installed on a MacBook Air  

When new PC  arrives I understand I will need to reset ‘Product Key’ and then install ON1 2023 again with new ‘Product Key’ ??

When I reset Product Key will it affect the copy on MacBook Air ..

any advice … ?

  You only need to reset the activations if you've used them all and if you have, there is an option to do that on the sign in screen.

  Just reinstall ON1 and try signing in. Even if your sign in doesn't work immediately, the program will still run in trial mode for 14 days.

  You should not need to reset anything unless you’ve already maxed out the number of activations you are allowed. If that’s the case you will be told and then you can reset. ON1 products do not have a product key, they are licensed to the email address you used to purchase the program. All you’ll need to do on your new machine sign in like normal.
