Is there an instructional video shoeing where all the functions are located, and how to navigate between different screens?  For example, I found myself on a screen showing all the presets, but could not figure out how to return to a previously-viewed screen showing all mt cataloged items.

  You should be starting with the user guide, however there are plenty of videos in the ON1 library and Youtube. You can find links here...
