Red Green Blue Kelvin Temperatures

Is there a way to adjust red, green and blue kelvin temperature in ON1 2023?  I want to change the skin color for each channel to red-232, green-19, blue -172.

  Kelvin only appears as an option with RAW files. With any other file it doesn't show as an option.

  Thanks Rick but I'm asking about kelvin for the various color channels and not the Develop Temperature and Tint.   I think I may have found a way around this. If I go to local adjustments and go to paint with color then I get the R, B, G channels that I can change.  All I have to do is paint in the color using the classic mode and it works.  I thought there would be an easier option that I saw on YouTube, but I can't find it.  Have a happy holiday.
