JPG timestamp
AnsweredMy RAW photos are timestamped in Central European Time. When exporting JPG, ON1 Photo RAW 2023 sets the time in the file name and EXIF to UTC. The problem is new, previous versions of Photo RAW did not rewrite the timestamp. Is there somewhere to set Photo RAW not to overwrite the timestamp?

I can't find any options that might change that in EXIF. All I see is that you can build your preferred format into the filename.
If you want an official answer, you can ask ON1 tech support here...

Thanks, I wrote to tech support.

What timezone is your OS set to? Does that relate to what is in the JPEG?
Let us know what support has to say please.

Central European Time Zone. (UTC + 1 hour in winter, UTC + 2 hour in summer.)
Other softwares (for example Affinity Photo) do not have this problem, and earlier versions of Photo RAW did not overwrite the timestamp.
