I installed the download version on my iMac, but I don't think all features are available. Is that correct?

  We need more information. Why do you think features are missing and which features are they?

  Assuming we are talking about Photo RAW that ability is there. There is a Textures filter which allows you to replace the background with a Texture. You can also use the Masking and Layering tools to mask out the current background and load another image into a new Layer to replace what was masked out.

  I highly recommend that you download and read through the User Guide. There are also a ton of training videos both on the ON1 website and on YouTube. Scott Davenport in particular has videos that cover each one of Photo RAW's different Effects filters.
