Not a lot of info here. Are we to assume that it doesn't flicker outside of ON1?

This sounds like an issue with your laptop, not with Photo Raw.

You could be right. It flickers a little in Lightroom Classic and Photoshop, but not much. However, with On1 it flickers through the roof.

I'm not as up on Windows as I used to be but I would look at the video card driver settings and any associated management software. Look at 3D vs gaming settings, go for 3D. Also look at refresh rate. See if slowing that down makes any difference. It could be that when Photo RAW starts using the GPU it can't keep up with the screen redraws.

Thanks, I checked into it, but no changes.

You’re probably going to have to work with tech support on this one, sorry.

If you do contact support, it would be handy to send them a video of what's happening to help explain the problem.

If your files are too big to attach to the trouble ticket, you can use a service like wetransfer to upload the file.

Thought I would resolve this by saying the issue is now fixed. I found that the problem was with the computer software. The drivers are updated and the performance is just fine.
