Thanks, that seems to have worked.  I'll keep an eye on it. I do mostly astronomy images and trying to figure out what format to use when saving the final image before importing into ON1. I had thought 16 bit TIF was good but my other option would be jpg. All of the file options are below. I had been using 16 bit TIFF as PS CS5 would open those but apparently ON1 doesn't? Where can I find a list of file extensions ON1 can open?

Photo RAW supports all common image formats. The only requirement is that they have to be in an RBG colorspace. It should have no problem with 16 bit TIFFs. I use them myself to move between different editing programs.

Page 6 in the ON1 User Guides gives a list of the file formats that Photo RAW supports.

Admittedly I'm guilty of not going over the manual in a long time and then it was scanned. I use few features in On1 as the vast majority of these images are astronomy images stacked, color combined, stretch, and so on. The major use I have within ON1 is noise and sharpening of the mostly processed image. On extremely high detailed images I'll use Resize to emphasize smaller details. I was using Genuine Fractal and PS CS5 years ago and then started getting the stand alone offerings from ON1. But the images produced are from many hours of accumulated images stacked to produce a L+RGB image  or narrowband image. In my case images are taken using individual luminance, red green, blue, Ha, O2, and S3 filters, depending on the target.
