Vulkan 1,1 or later reuired error
When I go to start On1 Photo Raw 2023, I get the following error now.
I am running a Windows 11 laptop with an NVIDIA RTX3050 Ti, and all the drivers are up to date. I have reinstalled both the drivers and the On1 Suite, and still get the error.
Has anyone experienced this, or is this something On1 is aware of and are working to remedy?

There are plenty of posts in the forum about this error. Just type Vulcan in the search box and you'll see.
Check this article about the error...

Rick Sammartino I saw those posts, and they were not the same errors that I have, so I asked. I went to the links you provided, and did what was told, and still not working. I don't have a Windows Install Error, I am able to install the application, but when I go to run it, I get that error.

The problem is that the program is calling a video card function that in turn is calling the Vulcan initialization code and that cannot be found. This is a video card drivers issue. The video card drivers installer also has to install the Vulcan libraries that it uses.
You said the drivers are up to date but from where? Windows updates are not always up to date where drivers are concerned. I recommend you get the latest drivers for your system from the NVIDIA site.

Brian,
Thank you for the response. I always update my drivers from the NVIDIA website. I am using the NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti card, and since I have posted this, there have been two updates to the driver, both of which have not rectified the issue. I would never use a Windows update for my video drivers though...

Nicholas, if updating didn't fix the problem, then you should contact ON1 support about it. Include the info requested in this article with the trouble ticket.

There was a new studio.driver released on 23 January, if you haven't already go to the NVIDIA website and download the 528.24 version and do a clean install.
