Can not read Affinity Photo 2 TIFF file

After switch to Affinity Photo 2 and export as TIFF file then put into the folder, and my ON1 Photo Raw 2023 don't read the file, I pair these two software to replace LR and PS, hope ON1 alter this problem, I'm running Ventura 13.1

  In Photo Raw, right click the TIFF and select 'Duplicate'. See if the duplicate will open in EDIT, if so, something is locking the original file.

  Also try rebooting or restarting Photo Raw and trying to open it again.

  Note, after the test, you can delete the duplicate.

  I have the same pairing and don't have that problem. However I do find that occasionally Topaz Sharpen’s Tiff files fail to open in photo raw. I am using the previous version of mac os.
