Image graded out = 12 days left of trial. what's the issue? looks like ON1 Raw is unreliable.

That normally happens when you try to open a file that is in a grayscale colorspace. Photo RAW only works photos in an RGB colorspace.
It is also possible that the jpeg is corrupt. If you can upload it to a file sharing site like Dropbox or WeTransfer so I can download it and take a look at it I'll see if I can find out what's going on.
One other possibility is that something in the program settings has become corrupted somehow. Try the Delete Settings function. It clears up many problems.
