Try 'Delete Settings' per this article, then check Export again...

Export not working for me either. ON1 2023 5.5 version. Tried the "delete settings" which did not resolve tissue. Export seems to start but then stumbles to continue. See attached doc where export tried to work for 42 seconds. Finally had to use Task manager to stop. This has repeated many times (>10). Any suggestions? Thank you.

What does "stumbles to continue" mean exactly? There isn't any attached doc to look at, sorry.

What kind of Mac are you running? What are its specs and which OS do you use?

Are you unable to export anything or just the image you are currently working with?

"Stumble along" means it seems to want to export, but it goes on and on and on trying without success--waiting over a minute for it do do anything---I can see the seconds ticking away. Sorry I can't upload an image (that I can see being uploaded) though it is a jpg with only 57KB. Will try using GIF format (163KB). Was working fine until it stopped working fine, no changes made to program.

Running WIN 11. Ryzen 7, 16MG Ram. I'm unable to export any file format available in ON1.

You know you posted this in the Mac forums, right? ;)

What kind of GPU does your system have? Which model Ryzen 7 do you have? Some of them have a built in GPU while other require a discreet card.

Sorry, I didn't see the Mac note. I only searched for "export problems" and that surfaced.

Should I move this to the Win forum?

    The Ryzen is:3.60 gigahertz AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core

GPU is: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 [Display adapter]

    Thanks.

No need to move it, we're here now. :) I just wasn't sure if you were aware or not.

Your processor & CPU are certainly capable enough. Have you gone through any of the suggestions on the Windows side about configuring your GPU and making sure you have the correct drivers? Some NVIDIA users have found rolling back to the next to the most recent version of the drivers works better for them.
