How to import single image from Lightroom into ON1 2023

I use an old version of LR (v5) for which the ON1 import LR catalog tool fails.

Since this doesn't work for me, If I have a few LR images I need with the edits to be moved to ON1 (it's a book project) - is there another way I can get these edited images into ON1?

[I'm on Windows]

Thoughts?

  I hope you realize that Photo Raw 2023 doesn't have plugin capability, but there are work arounds if you want to try them. Check out this video...
