I find it disappointing that ON1 is the only company that I know of (and I work with a lot of software from a lot of companies) that does NOT provide any method of removing old versions of their software from a system. They only provide a method to remove the previous version during the install of the new version (only a total idiot would delete the working version prior to making sure the new version did not have bugs that created too many problems).
But when not taking the delete during the new install, means that you can never delete their software. They even hide their software from the Windows OS so that it does not show up in the program listings in the Windows OS.
I have seen on the community support site where their people suggest to just remove all the ON1 softwware manually from the system and then reinstalling the most current version. But this does not take thier JUNK out of the windows underlying files and just causes more corruption of the OS in the future, and helps to degrade the OS.
I find no reason for them to NOT provide an UNINSTALL PROGRAM other than pure laziness and lack of concern for their customer's computers being junked up with their companies' trash.
I guess they feel that they are there only to provide the customer a very good photo program but after that they care less about not junking up their customers computers with their trash.
