Transferring photos from computer to flash drive
OK this one's really got me.. I did a photo shoot of some beautiful cars brought it. Brought my camera back home put my CF card and download them into photo raw 100% raw Photos after downloading then I transfer them to a flash drive after the flash drive was full. I opened the flash drive and lo and behold. I had Cr2 JPEG and two others I was not familiar with. I don't know how this happened when I transferred the photos from the computer to the flash drive all the photos were raw but when they opened up the flash drive, I had three others other than raw am I doing something wrong, thank you

How did you transfer the photo from your computer to the flash drive? I'm assuming you did it from within Photo RAW.
You didn't say what the two other files were but I'm assuming they were .on1 and .xmp files? If so, that is normal. The .on1 sidecar holds your edits and metadata changes and the .xmp holds metadata for compatibility with other software. A screen shot showing the flash drive window in the Finder would be very helpful.
How is your camera set up? Do you have it set to save both the RAW .cr2 files and a .jpeg copy? Unless you exported your .cr2 files within Photo RAW that's the only place the jpeg could have come from.
