    Select an image and try 'refresh preview' in the Photo menu and see if it helps.

    Thanks for the swift response.

    Refresh preview has no effect.
    When I double-click one of the "not available" thumbnails I get a very blurred rendition of the image in the Browse window.
    When I click on that blurred Browse image to enlarge, it reverts to the "not available" icon.
    When I zoom out the unavailable icon remains.
    Edit mode is unavailable.

    Sounds to me like Photo Raw can't read those files for some reason. You might want to contact ON1 tech support, send them one of your problem files and maybe they can see what's wrong.

    It happens to me from time to time. Try Copy (file) and Paste it back. It will create new file - "filename Copy" which worked perfectly OK for me so far . Then you can delete the original and keep the copy.
