Noise reduction not showing in browse
Is there a setting I'm missing to show noise reduction used on raw photos in the browse panel? It shows great in the edit panel, but in browse, it looks like it's turned off or something.
Thanks,
Roger

It's kind of hard to find, but if you hover over the NoNoise badge you'll get this message. There is no setting to change that.

You do not see it in Thumbnail View (grid view) but it does show up in Photo View. The example below has been significantly oversharpened to produce artifacts that you can see in the preview.

Hmmm...in photo view, my pictures do not show ai noise reduction...sharpening et al shows, but not noise reduction. The exception is If I go to edit, then back to picture view, it shows, but seems it's temporary, because later it doesn't show again unless I repeat the process (view in edit, THEN go back to picture view.)

That's interesting. I just redid my example and Quit Photo RAW after the edit. When I relaunched the program and viewed the image in Photo View at first it showed the unprocessed image. Then the Loading Image dialog came up and when it finished the noise reduction clearly kicked in. Using NoNoise AI was the only editing I performed on the image.

Just tried again, same results...1st screen shot is in photo view, then the 2nd is after going from photo view, to edit module, then back to photo view....when I go back later to view that same pic in photo view, it again does not have noise reduction applied until the process is repeated...windows 11, I-9 12k processor, 32gb ram, 1tb ssd drive and 6tb drive, nvidia gforce 3080...

I don't know. I can only describe what I see on my machine the same as you. You should ask tech support. You might want to include the link to this thread for them to review.

Will do, and thanks for checking on that for me.
