missing keyword list

My extensive list of keywords all suddenly went missing. Where did they go? I did all the simple things like re-starting the program and my machine. What do I do next?

  You can try the Delete Settings option in this article. It fixes a lot of weird problems. If that doesn't do it, you'll have to contact Tech support.
