Best way to sort Mak Animal

Hi, I photograph a lot of small birds and just want to add contrast and sharpening to the subject but On1 on a lot of occasions seems to over think what should be Animal is there a best setting to make the selection more precise?

  No, there isn't any setting to control the masks created by SSAI. If they need to be cleaned up it has to be done manually.
