Print Colors are Weird
When I print a picture it comes out with weird colors - like blues that turn very green. I've been printing the same images in Photoshop for years (I'm an artist making giclees of my paintings for sale), same printer - Epson 3880 - and the same paper and paper profile.
I reset my printer and deleted and reinstalled the latest printer driver. I went into On1 preferences and changed to RGB Adobe, to see if it was different from the default RGBs. That didn't have any effect. I'm using a mac with Catalina 10.15.7. I've tried to upload a picture, but it keeps telling me the file's too big, though it's half the maximum allowed.
One odd thing is that "Color Sync" in the printer dialog is greyed out, so it seems like there's something "upstream", like in the On1 settings, but I can't find it.
I appreciate your input. Thanks!

I imagine that would be a problem with the print color profile. I don't know anything about it, but there is this from page 236 in the user guide...
If that doesn't help, I'd suggest that you contact tech support here...

Thank you, Rick for the suggestions.
Yes, I've been in touch with support all week. Had not been getting answers till yesterday, but I think they finally solved it. You have to check the "Printer Managed Color" box in the On1 printer dialog, which goes against everything I ever did in Photoshop. If the printer ever randomly started to manage the color (computer gremlins like to torment us), things would get very screwed up color-wise. Anyway, you then select your paper profile in the Epson dialog and proceed as usual. I've done a half dozen small prints and they look fine. So I think I may be able to move on from Photoshop, which has been the goal for me. Free at last...
Thanks again for your help.
