Retain GPS coordinates if format incorrect
AnsweredI have been geolocating some of my pictures by obtaining the location from Google Earth and asking it into the GPS box. Sometimes the format is incorrect and a pop-up appears telling me so. But when I cancel the warning, the coordinates are deleted from the GPS text box and I have to click GPS and paste them again.
I would prefer to retain the incorrect coordinates so I can edit them

Good morning Russ, you are not talking to the company here. These forums are meant for user to user help. You'll have to contact tech support with the Submit a request link for the company to know about your request.
What I do for transferring coordinated between Google Earth and Photo RAW is to set a pin to acquire the coords. I then copy the Latitude to the Info field where I remove the leading space and add on between the coordinates and the N, S, E, W direction and a space after it. The I copy/paste the Longitude info and append it to the Info field where I add the space between the numbers and letters again. Now I can copy/paste that from Google Earth into Photo RAW's GPS field.
Here is what the Info field looks like with the data prepared for PR.

Hi Brian,
I do the same but sometimes I make a mistake and have a space where there shouldn't be one, and then PR deletes the entered coords instead of leaving them and allowing me to edit them. Not so bad if you are cutting/pasting from GE but if you enter them manually it would be a pain to re-enter them0 -
Let support know. They can pass it along to the engineers.
