Cannot upgrade from within apps
After an afternoon and evening of trying to install the On1 update, I finally figured out that doing so results in a corrupt file, and the only way to update is to download the entire package and install. I wish someone had just said so. Sheesh!

We've been recommending a manual upgrade over auto upgrade for years. The problem is that the download routines in the program don't have the same recovery capabilities that a browser has.
Keep your ON1 account bookmarked for the next upgrade so that you can find it easier next time.

You've been here long enough to know that we do not work for the company. We are just other users like yourself. It isn't "our" software any more than it is "your" software. And nobody is blaming you, all that was said was that all you had to do is ask.
