Man what a poor user experience... I can't upload small jpgs and the text box seems to be bigger that what is displayed... In the above I added  the question 'Can I email the small jpgs to be attached to this incident?'And here I can add the same jpgs....

Hendrik, i’m sorry you’re having problems. You should know this is not an ON1 owned website. It is a service run by another company and we have to live with their rules. I think the limitation on file sizes is 2 MB. I use screenshots rather than mailing the actual files to show what I’m seeing on my screen. To send the files they have to be posted to file sharing site like Dropbox or we transfer and download link posted here.

I’m not at my computer right now, so I can’t look into this very much until I get home. I can take a look at it in a couple of hours.

Check your export settings and make sure you don't have any kind of aspect ratio selected. Not sure of the exact name, but if it's set it will crop to achieve that size.

Sorry I didn't get back to this last night.

To go along with what Rick said are you using the Background Export option? What happens if you use the alternative setting?

I think the option Rick mentioned is Fill Dimensions vs Fit in Dimensions. It is in the Resize section of the Export Settings. You have to be using the Resize to Dimensions option and specifying your own dimensions.

A screenshot showing us your settings might help.
