Phantom Folder appearing in Browse
Using ON1 and Browse I have transfered a number of folders from my internal F: drive to an external drive I:. Again, using Browse, I have deleted the original folders and their contents.
Somehow I have an empty folder showing in Browse that I cannot delete. According to Windows Explorer, the folder has been deleted.
Suggestions please
Thanks

First thing to try is the Delete settings procedure in this article. You might consider also trying the Reset option, but be careful as doing that will wipe your Catalogs and Albums.

Some screenshots from both Windows Explorer and Photo RAW's Browser might also be helpful.

Rick, Brian
Thanks for your replies.
ScreenshotsAs you can see the folder "6-June" does not appear in File Explorer
I also Deleted settings and that had no effect.
The size of the issue is not worth Reset.
So unless there is another solution, I'll live with it for now.
Thanks again0 -
I have 2 questions.
1) Is it possible that it has been hidden from Windows Explorer and so it is there but not being displayed?
2) What happens if you copy an image and paste it into that folder then choose the Show In Explorer command for that image? It should open that folder to show you the photo file. That could make it show up in WE assuming question #1 isn't the cause.

Hi Brian
1) As far as I can tell there are no hidden files
2) Regarding copying and pasting a file, I had actually tried it and the result is ..."File operation error. The system cannot find the path specified".
In a few weeks time I plan to move the remaining folders within "2022" and then attempt to Delete the folder and its contents. I have a feeling that the phantom folder will remain. I shall report back. Thanks
