Combining NoNoise AI + TacksharpAI + Resize AI ?

While listening to the latest video about Bird Editing, I found the result of Resize AI at 400% to be quite acceptable. 

Everytime I tried it, even as low as 125%, the results were unacceptable. I always start my workflow with NoNoise AI which is fantastic (I reduce sharpening sliders by half for my D800 and D850). I rarely combine NoNoiseAI with Tacksharp AI because the results are rarely good. Is it possible that Resize AI with NoNoise AI are not meant to be used together?

  I must add that I frequently print large sizes (24x36 or 40x60 inches) for art galleries and every default shows immediately at these sizes.
