Can't access On1 Plus content, even though Plus is part of my plan
AnsweredI've contacted customer service a few days ago, but have had no response to this issue. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem. I want to watch the Printing and Soft Proofing video by Hudson Henry which is Plus content. I'm prompt to pay for Plus, even though I'm a Plus member. I'm quite sure I could access plus content previously. The only thing that is changed is my email address. Perhaps that caused an issue? I'm pretty sure I followed the correct procedure in my account settings to change my email address. Anyway, I'm logging in with my new email address. Checking my subscriptions it does say my plan includes Plus content.

Yes, your email address change is the problem. You have to login with the same email address you used to purchase your plus subscription.

I can't login with the old email address! So if I changed my email address back to the old one the problem would be resolved?
I was hoping customer service would be able to fix this, but they don't respond. The old address is a MS hotmail address that gets slammed with all kinds of junk and I would like to eliminate it. Using it for login is Ok, but I don't want my email from On1 going to that address.

Why can't you sign in with the old address? If you could get to your ON1 profile, then you could update your email yourself.
If that's not possible, then the only way is to wait for ON1 to respond. You can check the status of that request by clicking your name above and selecting 'My Activities'.

I don't know! you tell me! :-). Ok, I'm just being impatient, I know it. On1 customer service might just be overwhelmed and I should just wait for a response.

Ok, thank you all for your input. On1 support has fixed the problem for me. Sorry to bother you all. I should have been more patient! :-)
