I've contacted customer service a few days ago, but have had no response to this issue. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem. I want to watch the Printing and Soft Proofing video by Hudson Henry which is Plus content. I'm prompt to pay for Plus, even though I'm a Plus member. I'm quite sure I could access plus content previously. The only thing that is changed is my email address. Perhaps that caused an issue? I'm pretty sure I followed the correct procedure in my account settings to change my email address. Anyway, I'm logging in with my new email address. Checking my subscriptions it does say my plan includes Plus content.
