PR2023.1 Update and NVIDIA RTX 2070
AnsweredSo, I've held off updating to PR23.1 because I didn't want to deal with the video card issues. I feel like now I should check out the update but still sweating the potential video card issues. I am running NVIDIA RTX 2070 vrs 516.94. I am debating on updating the video card as well. Anyone running windows 10 with the RTX 2070 have issues with the PR23.1 update/video card? If you had to update the video card, what version is working? Thanks.

The card itself should work fine, but I think the driver is out of date. My search, assuming I'm looking at the right one, says the newest is...
If you're not familiar, here are instructions to update it...

I figured I was behind on the driver. I will dig a bit deeper. Thanks for what you do, Rick!

I, too, had been holding off on switching to the 2023 version of PR because I have an 8 yr old computer (and video card) and I was concerned that 2023 would need more resources than 2022 and my system would perform worse. However after upgrading to 2023 I have not noticed that happening. 2023 performs pretty much the same as 2022 did - if anything it is slightly better (but that is just a perception - no proof).

I'm running a GTX 1660 and an old GTX 750 in mine with latest PR. A 2070 with latest driver should be fine.
