Can't read the CR3 file after new firmware

My Canon R10 after update to the new firmware 1.3.0, ON1 2023 don't read the raw file and can not display the images. Running on Mac OS 13.2.1

  That is something which needs to be reported to tech support so the engineers can work on reading the new format introduced by the firmware update.
