Images only displaying in filmstrip

No matter what i do: uninstalling/reinstalling ON1 Photo raw 2023 on my PC / checking the amount of space on my HD, checking the amount of RAM, i cannot get images to display except in the filmstrip. Any help VERY welcome please.

  Very strange not to see anything at all. Try  Delete settings in this article and see if it helps.

  Thanks for that suggestion but it has made no difference. and only some of the images are displayed when displaying in a the grid layout.

  This is not the same problem as your original post. You said NO images were displayed. 

  Your last screenshot is a common rendering problem. You can use "refresh preview" on the photo menu to try and fix it temporarily, but as for the cause, you'll have to contact ON1 support and work with them.
