This is your 3rd post about this. I've already explained that how this site looks is not in the control of ON1. ON1 pays for the use of this site and its look is controlled by its creator Zendesk.

You also keep mixing the look of the program's UI with that of this Support Forum. They are 2 separate things. I've also explained that there are changes coming to the program's UI. To continue to complain about how they are now is pointless.

    Give it a rest already.

One other thing you should know is that you are not talking to the company when you post here. These Forums are meant for user to user help. The company very rarely responds here.

If you want to talk to the company directly you can use the Submit a request link found at the top and bottom of these pages. Issues with the program's the company sells should be sent to Technical Support. Other issues, like the look of this site, should go to Customer Service.

"...some designers thinks that they know what is best for us all"

    For us all?

    No.

    For most

    Absolutely.

There are very good reasons why light text on a dark background has become the default UI for imaging programmes, and your objections simply make you a dissatisfied outlier - part of a niche. And as is always the case, niche use-cases are given low priority.

You don't even say why light on dark is a problem for you (I struggle to believe that you can "hardly see" the most contrasty colour combination out there), so it's hard to generate much sympathy for a case well made...
