Hi Scott,
The first thing you need to know is that you are not talking to the company here. We are all just users like yourself. We cannot do anything much with crash logs unfortunately. Those need to go to the company for the engineers to look at.
Here, or there, more information is needed before we can help.
- What were you doing when the program crashed?
- Is this repeatable? What are the steps we need to take to reproduce it?
- Are you using this standalone or as a plug-in when the program crashes? Does it still crash if you use it the other way?
- What are your system specs - RAM, VRAM, video card model, etc.?

- Just opened the program either standalone or via Photoshop with the same error. After submitting the crash report or canceling the app finally opens.
- every time the app is opened, I get the same error rinse and repeat
- both give the same error
- New Dell 9530 i9 5.4Ghz, 64GB ddr5 4800mhz, nvidia 4070
I know this is a user forum, and many times, users can solve issues faster than the support staff, which is why I posted here.

Cool, I just wanted to be sure you knew that and you did. :)
So the program is crashing immediately upon being opened before you can start using it?
Have you checked your video card drivers to be sure you have the latest version? I would check both the card manufacturer's site as well as Dell's. Sometimes companies like Dell will have custom drivers for their hardware.
