Halo around lights

I remember there is a way to put or increase halos around lights, but now I cannot find it.
Can you help me? I couldn't find it in the manual

The program doesn't have a tool to do this for us, it has to be done manually. The training video How to Adjust Lighting in Post Production might be able to get you pointed in the right direction.
You might be able to find a Lens Flare that does what you want.

It was a brush shape, this one: ON1 Light Beam Brushes.abr
