Change crop after adjustments

I cropped my photo (16x20) and then made numerous adjustments to it.

I now want to make a 16x9 for HD TV.  Can I somehow delete the original crop and substitute the new crop without losing all those adjustments, or copy all those adjustments and apply them to a new copy of the photo without that original crop?

  All you should need to do is change the crop. I would create a new version and make the change there. That way you retain both crops. If you hand painted any masks, those may need to be adjusted to fit the new crop.
