Time Warp in EXIF data
I have a series of images that were taken at about 6 am (RAW .cr2). I have duplicated one of them and then subjected it to significant masking/adjustment.
The EXIF data now tells me that the image was taken exactly 3 hours earlier. I have not changed the EXIF data.
The image name is IMG3208(1) copy.onphoto. Presumably the (1) means I made a version - but not at 3 am
More curious than concerned. Any thoughts?

For me, it's one hour later. So best guess is that it's accounting for either time zones or DST. If you want an accurate/official answer, you'll need to ask Tech support.

I reported some capture date/time issues last week. Tech support replied that the engineers are looking into some known issues and they hope to have fixes in the next release. I don't know specifically what fixes there may be, my problem was different than yours.

Problems where on1 timelines also change.

Was reported to support. But I also have the problem in the new version 2023.5.0
