ON1 Photo RAW 2023 freezes sometimes in Edit mode.
After using the app for 20 or 30 minutes and going back and forth from Browse to Edit and back, the app freezes. This usually happens in Edit mode. I'm not proficient in advanced computer tech. I'm just a photographer trying to use the app.

Photo RAW does not run on iOS or the iPad. The first thing we have to do is figure out which program it is you are running on which OS.
Are you actually running the Photo RAW Mobile App? If so you'll have to talk with tech support.

Thanks for answering my concern. I'm not using an iOS system. I'm using a 2019 MacBook Pro with a 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Cor i7 processor, macOS Ventura 13.3.1 and 16 GB, 2667 MHz DDR4 Memory. Graphics is an AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB and Intel UHD Graphic 630 1536 MB. I've emptied the Cache several times hoping that might clear up the freezes, but that was unsuccessful. Any ideas about what's going on?

I think I confused you by calling the software an "app," by which I meant an "application." Sorry about that.

I know what an app is. I've been developing them for over 30 years. ;) What confused me is that you posted this in the iOS/iPad OS section of the site and Photo RAW does not run there.
Emptying the Cache will have no affect whatsoever on editing. It only affects the Browser portion of the program. It is where previews are kept for un-cataloged images.
Define "freezes" for me please. Where are you at when it happens — in the Editor or the Browser? Try said, "usually happens in Edit mode.", but not always? What are you doing when the freeze occurs?
Have you gone through the Delete Settings File process yet? It often will clear up unusual problems.

I've moved your post to the Mac section. This is so you have the current link.

Thanks for clarifying. I didn't see that I was in the iOS section. I have not deleted the settings file, though I did when I had difficulty installing some presets. I will delete the settings file and then try to keep a record of what I'm doing and where I'm doing it when the freeze occurs. Thanks for your patience with me on this. I've been using computers for some time now, having learned with my teenage son. We started with a Vic 20 and then a Commodore 64, moving on to an Apple IIe, a MacIntosh and then iMac, a Dell with Windows for work and back to iMac, iPad, and MacBook Pro when I retired.
