camera not recognized

When I plug my Z6 II into my Windows 11 laptop and turn it on, then turn on the camera and start ON1 Photo Raw 2023, which lists the drives attached, the camera does not appear in the list of drives.  The camera and cards are recognized in Windows file explorer.  If I turn the camera off and put either card into a card reader the card is recognied.  This is true with the CF Expres card and the 2nd card.  I have the latest firmware on the laptop.  The internal camera on the laptop works fine.  I'm wondering if there is something wrong internally with the camera.
