    Which presets are you trying to install and which program are you trying to install them to?

    It does not matter which program is used to install Presets. They all go into the Extras 2023 folder for all ON1 programs to use.

    Some screenshots showing the messages you are getting when trying to install them might be helpful.

    The issue comes with all the presets of ON1 (free presets 2023 and ON1 plus presets), I am using now ON1 2023.5, but it was the same since one year at least.

    Best guess for the problem is this note from the installation instructions...

    So, possibly your 7zip is corrupting them.

    I can't find those presets to try them. If you have a link to where you got them, I can try it here and see if it works.

    Yes, I Know this note, but In Windows Explorer, "Extract All" is greyed out and therefore unusable (screenshot below).

    Which program are you using to try and unzip the presets? Have you tried using a different program?

    I tried first with 7Zip then WinZip and PeaZip (open source) on Windows 10 (up to date) and ON1.2023.5.

    Exactly the same results (as screenshots above).
