No Scrolling Controls in 2023.5 anymore

Hi everyone,

I installed the latest version 2023.5 and had to find out, that I have no scrolling controls anymore in the preferences. 

Why that? I need those controls, I want to change my brush size with those controls.

@ON1: Why were those controls removed? I uninstalled the .5 version and reinstalled the previous one. Even if the new version does have nice features, they are useless for me and my editing workflow without scrolling controls.

  I don't know why you'd think these functions would be removed. Clearly you didn't read the release notes.

  Hi Rick, oh yeah thx. Okay they've changed the entire scroll controls. Okay, I will see if I like that or not. 🙋‍♂️
