Installing Photo RAW 2023-2 Locking up.

Gets me to "Running package scripts...Install time remaining: Less than a minute" screen and just sits there. Won't let me force quite.

I rebooted before installing per instructions. 

Running Mac M1 Mini Ventura 13.4

  It appears that you have downloaded the installer more than once. I would trash however many of them are in your Downloads folder then download a new copy. It's possible the installer file name change is causing some problem.

  You are correct, there was a previous download March 13. However that was not 2023.5 though it has the same name. 
  I forced quite, shut down my Mac, restarted and reinitialized the On1 installer. It locked up again, this time when I forced quite again and the "installation complete" message came up. Deed done. 
  
  Its always something.
