I purchased the special bundle today but where do I download the included ON1 Ultimate Sky Collection? It's not in my Downloads page.

Have you received the confirmation receipt yet? It should have a download link. If you haven't received it yet, the order may not have completed the processing which could explain why you don't yet see the download link in your account.

That doesn't change my answer and you have not answered my question about receiving the receipt. If you have one there should be a download link in it.
