After the latest update, when loading an image taken in portrait format, the bottom 1/3 of the image does not show in the edit screen? I can not see full image even if selecting fit option. just the top 2/3 or so please advise. ty

What if you zoom out? Can you post a screenshot of Photo Raw while the image is blocked?

This looks like the window is too big for your screen. Usually, you just double click the top bar to resize it.
If that doesn't work, you can try either deleting the settings or reset your windows resolution...

Thnx for the reply Rick..my windows resolution is at the recommended settings,,,has been since i initially installed 2022 and now 2023 with this update so dont think that is the issue?....I deleted the settings..issue remains...Just an RP file so a fairly small file...I did install a new GeForce-GT-1030-2G-LP-OC driver update recently.. might that be the culprit...?
ps ON1 2022 has the same issue, just tried a portrait format in edit...same issue... looks like maybe driver update is the culprit??

Why can't you resize the window so that you can see the bottom? You should be able to make that window any size.
What about landscape photos? Photo Raw doesn't resize based on orientation, so if it's wrong for portrait, it should be wrong for landscape too.
As for the driver, I don't know. You can try updating, rolling back or just reinstalling.

I'm having this same issue. On1 2023.5, Windows 11, Intel Iris Xe card.
Only happens on new photos that I added to the catalogue after the upgrade to 2023.5. Previous photos have no problems.
The browse module works well, it's when we edit them that it looks like the dimentions are shifted (Horizonta <> Vertical) and about a third at the bottom is gone and a third black on the right.
Not sure if this matters, but my photos are compressed DNG v12.4, ie, they come out CR3 from the camera and I convert to DNG in Adobe DNG converter to make them smaller (my camera doesn't support compressed RAW).
Louis Gagne have you been able to figure out what's going on?

What happens if you skip the conversion to DNG. What happens if you convert them to an uncompressed DNG?

Hey Joao, Issue remains the same, I process all my raw files with dxo pure raw 3, then edit in On1, as you say, browse module shows image correctly, when in edit module I get the exact issue you described,

I too have the same issue. Raw files processed with DXO, look fine in browse and then lower 1/3 truncated when opened in edit.

Screenshots are so helpful. I would double-check your video card drivers. If you are using the latest gaming drivers, try switching to the studio set.

Hi Brian. I swapped out the Nividia GTX 3050 gaming driver for the studio version and that seems to have resolved the issue. thank you!
