On1 refund policy

Hi all

I have just purchased On1 Photo Raw 2023 and unfortunately I have found it does not work on my PC, it opens for about 10 seconds then crashes, it's probably my PC is too old and not supported in some way.

I know On1 offer a 30 day refund but I cannot find how I go about applying for one.

Anyone know what the refund process is or how I access it.

  Contact Customer Support. Use the “Submit a request” link at the bottom of this page. See also:

  Edit: when submitting your request, ensure you direct it to Customer Service as per the drop-down menu on the request.
