2023.5 Menu bar & edit issue

after upgrading from the 2023 edition to 2023.5 I am experiencing continuous problems with the Menus on the left side going to Edit the previous menu bar remains displayed instead of the edit toolbar, or folders and subfolders completely disappear from the browser and it becomes impossible to use the program unless I restart it, at the end of an edit the save menu does not appear at the bottom RIGHT.
The whole thing was fully functional with the previous release, so it is unusable.

  Try Delete Settings first and see if it helps. If not, it would be helpful if you posted a screenshot of the problem for us to see.
