download new purchase

I paid for a new bundle and can't see any prompt to download the software. All I see is sales prompts to sign up and try free for stuff I already paid for.

What should I do. NO ONE TO CALL!!!

  You should have an email with links for download.

  Otherwise, sign into your ON1 account and go to the products area. Everything you own can always be downloaded from there.

  (Products or Subscription, depending on what you bought)

  "NO ONE TO CALL!!!"

  You don't need anyone to call. In common with just about every other RAW converter and image editor out there, your available downloads will be shown under your account details, as Rick has demonstrated.
