Noise reduction option of ON1 Resize Ai 2023 MacOs do not work

Hi, the new ON1 Resize Ai 2023 (MacOs Ventura 13.4) does not allow you to select noise reduction option. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

  First thing you should try is Delete Settings. See attached article.

  Have you set a new size for the image yet? The Noise Reduction option cannot be enabled until the image has been resized.

  Thanks Rick and Brian, was the second reason, I had not resized the image, now it works. Thanks for your help
