Healey export issue

Thank you Brian for inviting me to post this question regarding failure while exporting a large panoramic picture.  Here is my export screen shot,

The original file is 189MP after stitching 5 pictures together then layering two more files to the picture.  When I export this file all I get is a blank canvas.

  So it appears the only Export option you are using is Resize and you're saving it as a jpeg. That shouldn't be a problem.

  Can I take a look at the file you are trying to export? Zip it up with its .on1 sidecar file and post it to Dropbox or WeTransfer then post the download link here and I'll take a look at it. See if I get the same results or not.
