ON1 Photo RAW 2023 freezes in Edit > Presets

When I open any RAW file for editing, ON1 defaults to the last Preset I used - Golden Autumn - and freezes. The only action I can take at that point is to force quit the program.

2017 iMac / 3.4 GHz Intel Core i5 / Radeon Pro 570 4GB / 8GB 2400 MHz DDR4

  Try deleting the settings and see if that helps.

  You could also do a reset, but you'll have to rebuild your catalogs and albums if you do.
